The Weekender Archer is our longest-running model and stays true to our original intent; a bike that is easy-going enough for a casual ride but hearty enough to do so much more. Built around our comfortable, tour-tested, and durable Chromoly steel Weekender frame, the Archer, is a bike with the potential to open up the cycling world for you. It is combined with nine easy-to-use gears, road-smoothing high-volume tires, the all-weather stopping power of disc brakes, and a commanding riding position thanks to Archer handlebars. The Weekender has geometry to work with 27.5 x 2.0” tires, and also leaves plenty of space for compatibility with 700c wheels if you ever feel like changing it up.

We envisioned a “light-tourer” that would work as a weekday commuter and a weekend getaway machine. Over the years we have refined the Weekender, but its focus has stayed the same. Fairdale Bikes has teamed up with legendary skate brand Toy Machine to offer this limited edition bike. Toy Machine Lookfar comes stock with Fairdale Adjust-A-Rack and Skaterack. The Lookfar makes cruising and commuting easy, one simple trigger shifter changes the gears up-or-down through all 8-speeds. The bike’s 42mm wide Continental tires feel fast on smooth ground while still confidently handling rough terrain. The Lookfar comes equipped with rack and fender mounts for lots of useful set-up options, we even chose to use normal Schrader valve tubes so you won’t need to use a special bike pump. The Taj has always been about blending the tough and simple sensibilities of a BMX bike with a frame size that you can comfortably sit down and pedal. The Ridgemont is a simple bike. That’s a good thing. You won’t find finicky technology that needs constant adjustment, or a saddle position based on aerodynamic studies. The Ridgemont is a bit of an oddball bike that we think is both practical and enjoyable. When the bike path ends, the Ridgemont keeps going with 2.0" wide 27.5" tires and stable MX bars. The laidback and rugged steel frame makes the bike both comfortable and strong. The hills are tamed by 8 easy-to-use gears that you pick with just one click of your thumb.
